August update

Two books have occupied my time this summer.

First is The Villain’s Journey, which I am about 1/3 of the way through. The first chapter, which is basically a prologue without being called that, is up now as a freebie. It’ll be there for the next couple months. Overall, I like the direction the story is taking.

Second is the commentary on Exodus, which originally was titled A NEW NATION, but now I’ve settled on OUT OF BONDAGE, INTO BONDAGE. I’ve even revised the cover art…

I’m pretty far along into it (chapter 30 as of the writing of this post), and I hope to be done in a few weeks. After that, I’ll take some time to finish up Villain’s Journey before diving into Leviticus, which should take me the rest of 2025.
